Aurstream inc ("Aurstream") focuses on gold and silver bullion and coins, including personally held and IRA-held metals. The following disclosures explain material considerations relevant to our website and precious metals transactions. They should be read together with the Website Terms of Use and the documents applicable to your transaction.

1. Business role and professional advice

Aurstream buys and selectively sells physical gold and silver bullion and coins. Aurstream is not a financial or investment adviser, securities broker-dealer, bank, trust company or IRA custodian. We do not provide investment management, commodity trading advisory, legal, tax or accounting services, exercise discretionary investment authority over your assets, or administer your retirement account.

Our product explanations, market information, indicative ranges and formal quotations concern precious metals and the terms of a transaction. They are not personalized advice about whether to buy, sell or hold an asset, how to allocate a portfolio, or whether to make a retirement account distribution, rollover or transfer. You should obtain independent advice appropriate to your circumstances from qualified financial, tax and legal professionals.

No investment advisory or fiduciary engagement is created merely by using the website, contacting us or requesting a quote. This statement does not exclude any duty imposed by applicable law or change Aurstream's obligations under an accepted quote or transaction agreement.

2. Precious metals and pricing

Precious metals prices can rise or fall, and buying or selling metals involves financial risk, including loss of principal. Future prices, liquidity, resale values and investment results are not guaranteed. Precious metals do not necessarily preserve purchasing power, protect against inflation, diversify a particular portfolio or achieve a financial objective. Historical performance and market commentary are not assurances of future results.

A quoted spot price is a market reference; it is not necessarily the amount payable for a particular product or holding. Product type, quantity, condition and prevailing market demand may affect a quotation. Purchase and resale prices may differ. Depending on the arrangements, physical ownership may also involve storage, delivery, loss and insurance-related risks and costs.

An indicative range is an estimate, not a formal offer. It does not lock a price or guarantee proceeds. Website examples and product descriptions are not an appraisal or authentication of your items.

3. Formal quotations and transaction terms

An Aurstream formal buyback quote is valid for two hours, as stated in the quote. Timely acceptance by an authorized person commits Aurstream to the quoted amount for the agreed products and quantities. The quote's acceptance period is separate from the time needed to arrange handover and complete the transaction. Subsequent market movements do not, by themselves, change the accepted amount.

The applicable transaction documents set out acceptance, delivery, verification and settlement requirements. Sales by Aurstream are governed by their own transaction documents. A general enquiry does not place an order, accept a quote or authorize a payment. Obtain transaction-specific instructions before shipping or delivering metals; a website address alone is not a shipping or drop-off instruction.

4. IRA-held metals

A sale of IRA-held metals must follow the requirements of the relevant custodian and account. Aurstream handles the metals transaction; the custodian remains responsible for administering the account under its own agreement. Sale proceeds are directed to the custodian-designated account rather than paid directly to the individual account holder. Selling an asset within an IRA, taking a distribution and transferring an account are distinct actions and may have different requirements and consequences.

A metals sale does not, by itself, complete a required minimum distribution. Confirm account instructions, distribution requirements, eligibility and tax consequences with your custodian and qualified adviser. A website enquiry does not instruct a custodian or authorize an account action.

5. Independent organizations

References to regulators, custodians, depositories, mints or other organizations are for identification or source attribution. A reference does not imply endorsement, approval or a business relationship with Aurstream. No government agency is represented as guaranteeing precious metals prices, transaction results or investment performance.
